Seascape Peninsula's four detached houses hold 12 apartments in total, each with a choice of 2–3 bedroom layouts, lightly furnished with basic furniture including a sofa, dining table, wardrobes, bed, and mattress. Every apartment, except those on the Ground Floor, comes with a private terrace and unobstructed views of the South China Sea, and Top Floor apartments also have private rooftop access.
